Requirements:
- Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of HSE experience in facility maintenance, construction, or related fields.
- Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, mechanical systems, firefighting, and fire alarm systems.
- Familiarity with Kuwait safety regulations and international HSE standards.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to conduct trainings and toolbox meetings.
- Ability to identify hazards, conduct inspections, and implement corrective actions.
